Irish acoustic indie rock act Dessie Magee is perfect for the broken-hearted and delightfully morose.

Sounding a little like early Ed Sheeran, Dessie has the same penchant for real life storytelling and emotive vocals. New track Bandit is a slow burner, suitably downbeat at the beginning but growing into an anthem. Acoustic gives way to big electric riffs in a surprising twist.
