I’m Not Ready is a pop-rock song with elements of folk, Americana and the 60s pop movement, particularly in the way the vocal harmonies are used. The main instrumentation comes from a pretty acoustic guitar melody, as Paul wraps his gorgeous vocals round the music, making it all sound very catchy!
