The curiously titled German band MAR MALADE have recently released new single Moonman, coming from their upcoming album Balloon.

Moonman is probably best described as an indie-pop song, although the little percussive elements in the background make it sound a little different to what you might otherwise expect. The violins and Melotron on the chorus add an extra sense of divergence, fitting well with the calypso-style beat.
