Vera Decay is a musical duo on the rise, made up of Danish lead singer and guitarist Markus Brandt and Icelandic producer and musician Gabriel Caceres.

Someone Bad is the first song I’ve heard by the duo, but I’ll definitely be checking out more in the future! It’s a catchy pop song with a difference, sounding quite different from the stuff you normally hear on the radio. The song has more of an acoustic song and the vocals are extremely powerful and emotive, showing a great range. Little guitar motifs swirl in a lovely way in the background, drawing the listener into Vera Decay’s fantastic world.
