American singer-songwriter and musician Dylan Dunlap is a new discovery of mine, but I’ll surely be checking out more of his music in the future!

Right is a song written about a break-up – you can really feel the emotion and passion in Dylan’s voice as he sings along to this pretty indie-folk tune. The chorus magnifies his vocals, seeing them rise up to a much higher pitch, showing a fantastic range. It makes it all sound really beautiful, accentuating the melancholic vibes of the tune. A selection of wonderful guitar and piano melodies underpin the music against the rhythm section, making something that is utterly lovely to behold.
