Toronto-based pop singer Livva is extremely talented – as well as being an established musician, she’s also an actress and a former Olympic figure skater!

I Don’t Want To Be You Anymore is our first introduction to Livva’s music, although hopefully it won’t be our last! It’s an alt-pop song of sorts, seeing a selection of eerie synth melodies pulsate in the background alongside the beat and bass. The vocals are quite low at times, however they’re really emotive, sucking you in immediately. The chorus elevates things slightly from the more down-tempo verses, however the themes don’t change too much as the track progresses. It’s an outstanding song nevertheless!
