American pop singer songwriter Madison Davenport has featured a couple of times on our blog now. I first discovered her last autumn thanks to her delightfully irreverent track Oh Shit! before Jane ran the rule over her single Danger Danger in January. Her latest is called LUCKY.

In LUCKY, gambling terminology trades gambits with empowering messages among a vibrant, fun and funky instrumental arrangement. I think what I love the most about Madison’s music is her obvious joie de vivre and LUCKY is the perfect example of it. It’s a pop anthem to throw your hair about to.
As well as making music, Madison is an actor, and has featured in prominent programmes like Black Mirror and Shameless.
