Since then, the song has been played 1000 times on indie and internet radio around the world, including stations based in Australia, Germany, USA, UK and more. YouTube plays of the song are heading towards 8000 and the song has been played over 3000 times on Spotify. It’s fantastic to know that our songs are travelling around the world. Massive thanks to Jonny Hooker, Emma Scott-Miles and Dave Thorp for their help with this.
Meanwhile, Steve has been on holiday in Italy, Charlie has been to see Bruce Springsteen and Elton John (and the cricket!) and Mat has been researching band tech stuff. Miles had a break for a week in Egypt (and met a camel). In the last few weeks we played a great gig at Ampleforth (thank you to Pat) and at Copmanthorpe Carnival. Last night we returned to Harrogate Blues Bar for a fun evening – see attached photo. We are back at the fantastic Victoria Vaults in York this coming Thursday 13th July with The Long Shots playing support again – they’ll be bringing their high energy funk to the party, so get ready to dance!
