Battle Tapes are a very interesting proposition, describing their music as music to score video games. I had to take a listen, and I wasn’t disappointed!

Brand New is their new release, and it sounds absolutely fantastic, full of poppy energy. It’s also got elements of indie, electronica and rock, making for one awesome mix of sounds. The synths and bass pulsate through the music together, as a divergent set of drum are added. The chorus is infectiously catchy, promising to get stuck in your head straight away. This is one band definitely headed for the top – the video is also pretty interested too – catch it below!
