Samuel Blaney is a singer, songwriter and horticulturist based on the West coast of Ireland. He’s just released his first single, a love song that comes complete with a video. It’s called Ember.

Ember is a delicate number, opening with meditative acoustic guitar before soulful and emotional vocals come in. It’s a voice that will instantly stir your heart, and I found myself gripped by Samuel’s romantic and natural lyrics. For a debut, it’s utterly stunning, and one can only wait in excitement for what Samuel will share with us next.
As well as being based in Ireland, Samuel spends some of his time in California, USA, living and working in the natural environment. He’s promising us a series of tender love songs, with Ember being only the beginning. You can check out the track’s video, directed by Adam Prieto, below.
