British singer-songwriter Phoebe Willo is a new discovery of mine, but I’m sure I’ll be sharing more of her wonderful music soon!

Lost in the Music opens with an ethereal keyboard melody, playing underneath Phoebe’s strong vocals in a lovely way. The music soon expands, building the tension up as the rest of the instrumentation is added. The chorus really elevates things, turning the track into something really anthemic, before dropping back to the mellower verses. It’s an extremely well-written piece of work, sounding rather beautiful at times. Keep an eye out for more from Phoebe in the near future!
