We’ve shared a lot of classical music of late, with French composer Thomas Valverde being my latest discovery from the genre.

Polka is a fine tune, probably best described as being within the neoclassical genre, due to the instrumentation used. It’s entirely piano-based, consisting of a pretty, flowing piano motif that continues throughout the majority of the track. There isn’t too much variety here, but it is really beautiful, ensuring all fans of the style will love it. My only qualm is that the pedals are a tad noisy, but the music itself is absolutely outstanding – find the video below and see what you think!
