Seattle quartet, The Home Team, who on Friday released the latest slice of. what they like to call ‘heavy pop’, in the form of new single, hell, have announced details of their first UK headline tour.
“hell is a big ‘ol’ whopping leap into songwriting territory that we’re very familiar with, but in a completely new package. This is one of those songs that we didn’t really set out to make, but just came together in a great way. We had plenty of “Aha!” moments during the process, and we ended up with a song that we’ve got a lot of faith in. We’re anticipating that this will satiate our heavy music listeners pretty well.” – Brian Butcher, lead vocalist.
The song’s accompanying animated music video, showcases hints of nostalgia highlighting video games such as Guitar Hero and glimpses of the underworld, honing in on the overall theme of the track.
The band perform at The Key Club in Leeds on December 8th.
