Strange Old Thing, the DIY new single from Seaker, real name Kiran Hungin, has prompted us to share her music for the first time.

Mostly created in her home studio, Strange Old Thing follows on from March’s single release, Grown. It’s a song about loss and the emotions that come when things end. Yet, it’s not without its hope too and articulates the complexity of it all through an arrangement that brings together acoustic singer-songwriter sensibilities with something a little more unconventional. The vocals are beautifully compelling as they deliver heartfelt lyrics.
Strange Old Thing was written and produced by Seaker, and mixed and mastered by Rick David. The track is out now and you can check it out below.
