Leeds-based six-piece Flat Moon land on our radar thanks to their genre-fusing new track, A Moon’s Bouche.

Flat Moon have a sound that sit somewhere between funk and punk, giving us plenty of groovy edge. Their new track A Moon’s Bouche is one that’s gotten them out of a creative rut, giving us a delicious mix of Latin rhythms, quirky vocals and something quite undefinable. Poetic, surreal lyrics whet the appetite and the instrumental energy never lets up. I’ve heard nothing like it.
If you’re looking for something stirring and different to listen to today, look no further than Flat Moon’s new single. I’m delighted to have discovered such an original act right on our doorstep.
