Marianna Winter was born in Los Angeles, USA and raised in The Faroe Islands, a North Atlantic nation whose music scene I’ve fallen in love with.

They just do things differently there, and the inventive Winter is no exception. Her debut album The More You Know is rich with delicate and intimate electronic infused folk pop.
There is a seamless infusion of acoustic and electronic elements across its eleven tracks. Couple that with Winter’s beautiful vocals and quirky, compelling lyrics and you’ve got yourself an album of the year contender.
Highlights include the Sabrina Carpenter-esque Airdry and philosophical, reflective, family-orientated title track, The More You Know.
