The Killers Frontman Announces Intimate York Show

A major solo name returns to York this autumn, as Brandon Flowers brings his long-awaited headline tour to the Barbican following more than a decade away from solo material.

Best known as the frontman of The Killers, Flowers’ solo work has always carved out a slightly different space, leaning into a more reflective and expansive take on his songwriting. New album Thrashers looks set to be his most personal record yet, rooted in his upbringing and shaped by a stripped-back, Americana-leaning sound recorded in Nashville.

Alongside new material, fans can expect a set that pulls from across his solo catalogue as well as highlights from The Killers’ back catalogue, bringing together stadium-scale anthems with a more intimate, introspective edge. It’s a rare chance to see one of modern rock’s most recognisable voices in a more focused setting.

Tickets go on sale at 10am on Friday 3 July 2026, available from here.

Brandon Flowers will play at York Barbican on Wednesday 21 October 2026.
