Toronto-based singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Adam Jesin has produced a thing of beauty in his new release, Imprisoned.

Imprisoned sounds like typical singer-songwriter fare at first, but there’s much more to this folk-rock number than that. Adam’s vocals are soaked in emotion from the very start and the track sounds really anthemic, particularly when the electric guitars and drums kick in halfway through.
