white lies is predominantly a piano piece, following Katie’s vocals perfectly. It’s a really haunting piece of music, with the backing vocals adding a nice sense of variety to the piece. The chorus is truly astounding, seeing Katie’s vocals rise up higher and higher, making it all sound incredibly beautiful as a whole. The track suddenly tails out towards the end, leaving the listener longing for more.
