Regular readers of the blog will be very familiar with the work of Richard Laurance, aka Gifts From Crows. I never miss a chance to share his music His latest, though, is something very special. A collaboration with Nigel Ayers. It’s called Forever Surrendering.

The name of the track, which features on the latest Gifts From Crows album Etudes Of The Crow, was actually inspired by a lyric from one of Nigel’s songs – Blended Senses by Nocturnal Emissions. That’s why this collaboration is so very special, as it features both Nigel’s original vocals and a re-recording that he has done especially for this release. His original poem pairs so nicely with Richard’s composition, it all seems fated to be.
