Soft Spots is another banging alt-rock song from Manchester-based artist Scatterchild, who we’ve featured a few times before.

Soft Spots has quite a raw sound, but it makes the whole thing sound a lot more genuine – you can really feel the emotion in the vocals as they sing along in a pure way. It’s something of a rock song, although it’s quite folky at times, with some lush acoustic guitar melodies strumming away in the background. The rhythm section makes it all sound a little more electrified, working well with the guitars and piano. You can find the video for the tune here:
