Canadian singer-songwriter Cate brings a fresh new twist to her musical sound on her latest release, Get Better.

Get Better sounds like typical singer-songwriter fare at first, but it’s much more than that! It’s quite poppy, yet the guitars and piano also add something of a folk/country vibe to the tune. The first verse is quite mellow, building up into the catchy chorus, which introduces a fast beat and some gorgeous synthlines.
