I’ve been delving more into the post-rock genre of late, and L.O.E is a band that combines that style with a modern rock edge, making for a fantastic mix of sounds!

If They Only Knew is extremely expansive – it starts out slow, before building up into a beautiful piece of rock and roll heaven. The guitars are particularly impressive here, although credit is also due to the rhythm section – the drums sound absolutely massive on this track. The song ebbs and flows, changing the dynamics up variably as the music progresses, making it sound incredibly anthemic. It’s an instrumental piece, but there really is no need for vocals here, as it’s stunning enough as it is already! Check it out here:
