Sinfonía 8 1 Mto starts out with some atmospheric strings in the background, as the woodwind elements perform a swirling main melody, sounding rather eerie at times. The music builds up into a haunting crescendo, containing a full orchestral sound that is extremely evocative to behold. The music ebbs and flows, changing the dynamics up rapidly as the piece continues, swelling and then dropping back down again, keeping you constantly on your toes.
