Iönä is a London-based Swedish singer songwriter and producer who has just caught my attention thanks to her hypnotic new dark pop track Tick Tick.

Iönä’s latest is an ode to mental health and hopes to raise awareness of the topic. It’s atmospherically rendered with pulsing electronica and delicate, compelling vocals. There’s something wonderfully unique about it all, sitting somewhere between Portishead and Britney Spears sound-wise.
Having been in bands since the age of thirteen, iönä is a talented and experienced musician with a strong point of view. I look forward to hearing more from her.
