New York City, USA-based alternative pop artist Emei has featured on this blog quite a few times now, yet she never fails to catch our attention with new music. Her latest is no exception. A whirlwind of a track that’s all about social anxiety, it’s called 711.

Emei’s new track canters along with a pop arrangement that ranges from the stripped-back to the dance-inducing. You can’t help but move to its infectious groove while Emei’s charismatic vocals make you fall in love a little bit. As always, she shows a keen wit with her lyrics, with some highly memorable moments. 711 could well be her best track yet
Over the years we’ve been following her music, Emei has built up a considerably fanbase. It helps that she was launched into fame at a young age, competing on Chinese Idol at the age of fifteen. Her second EP release Scatterbrain is out now and you can check out the visualiser for 711 below.
