The Spanish composer has created something really special with Las tres culturas: 5. La paella. It’s a delicately playful piece of classical music, with a lovely, uplifting sound that will get under your skin in no time. The brass instruments mix divinely with the woodwind and percussion to create something utterly triumphant, showing exactly how talented this composer really is! Everything starts to speed up as the piece progresses, going through several different movements, with each one being as fabulous as the last!
