Washington, DC, USA-based alternative rock artist Molly Baker has appeared on this blog a fair few times before, always delighting us with her storytelling and approachable style.

Her latest sees her expanding her technical skills by putting the song together by herself and she’s certainly come at the challenge with a sense of creativity. June 28th tells the story of a relationship in flux and shows us a stripped-back and emotional side of Molly’s sound. Her vocals are as stunning as ever while she accompanies herself on piano and guitar.
I’m already enamoured with Molly’s music, and her new single pushes that love even futher.
