Attic Theory first featured on our pages in 2022, and were interviewed by Jane for us last year. Their new single Dare to Dream is my first chance to share their music.

The band intend their latest track to be a “rallying cry for hope and resilience,” so, as you’d expect, it’s a bright and uplifting number. Written by frontman Lewis Wright, it draws on his personal experience persevering through a difficult time in his life which involved throat surgery.
Dare To Dream is a track that starts hard and never lets up. The riffs are rousing in the intro before things develop into a soulful verse. There’s a suitably stirring feel about it all, especially during a powerhouse of a chorus that will have you wanting to throw yourself about.
