Following on from May’s Sick & Tired, Edinburgh-based singer-songwriter Emma Miller is back on our pages through her new single Just A Feeling.

The song is the second release from her upcoming EP and sees Emma dealing with the fallout of a negative episode and its resulting emotions. Yet, it’s not all doom and gloom, and she captures, too, how we can come through such things.
Musically, we get the kind of intimate and atmospheric sound we’ve come to expect from Emma. A dark yet airy electronic arrangement sets the early tone before growing into a lush, cinematic composition that comes to a jazzy, pleading head at the track’s climax.
