ANTHMZ tell us a story of hot days and hotter lust with their new psych rock track Summer Queen.

ANTHMZ are a Georgia, USA-based rock band consisting of Kyle Gordon on guitar and vocals, Houston B. Perry III on bass and vocals, Matt Foster on guitar, and Mark Garretson on drums. They’ve previously featured on our blog through their punk and funk track Soft Core.
Their latest single Summer Queen is about summer lust and new love and is suitably bright and vibrant. A psych rock undercurrent gives it a throwback feel, adding to its sense of nostalgia, but there’s nothing dated about it. Charismatic vocals and an experimental edge means it fits perfectly in the rock zeitgeist.
ANTHMZ’s debut EP Summer Softcore is set for release in September.
