Having composed for films and video games, Los Angeles, USA-based indie dance duo Tonoso feature on our blog for the first time through their new track, Take Your Time.

Jacob Grabb and Paul Salerno, the two halves of Tonoso, met in their high school jazz band and have been making music together since 2018.
I’ve probably heard their music before without even realising it as it features on the soundtrack of the video game Cyberpunk 2077. If you know the game, then you’ll already have an idea of what kind of sound the pair are making.
Their new single Take Your Time is less edgy cyberpunk and more soft romance. There’s still plenty of electronica, and it is tempered by the organic feel of disco. Soulful vocals float over everything bringing heart to proceedings. It quite simply a banger.
The single will feature on the EP of the same name, set for release later this year. Take Your Time is out now and you can give it a listen below.
