American singer-songwriter Thin Lear appeared on these pages a couple of times across 2019 and 2020, but we’ve not shared more from him since. Thankfully, that’s now changed through his latest single, Blessings All Around

Real name Matt Longo, Thin Lear is based in New York City, USA and has an eclectic sound that heralds a bygone age. Blessings All Around is the perfect case in point, pairing a stripped-back and folksy instrumental with delicate and warm vocals. It’s the lyrics that really make the track stand out though. Beautifully poetic, they’re rich with imagery and emotion.
