The double release sees the Chicago, USA-based artist appear on our pages for the first time. I strongly suspect it won’t be the last. Anaesthesia is a track that blends the best of modern pop with something a little more experimental – an intoxicating combination as far as I’m concerned.
Softmax’s vocals are perfectly compelling across both singles as they grapple with their heavy topic in two different ways. Anaesthesia fears and denies it, Ghost In The Shell observes.
