This Saturday, Fibbers of York present the Springsteen Sessions, with a tribute to the boss himself being presented over the evening. If you’re a Springsteen fan and managed to see him perform last month, or don’t know his music that well and missed his U.K. tour, then this is for you!

John Etheridge and Vimala Rowe

National Centre For Early Music

Friday 1 July, 7.30 pm

Find yourself transported through India, Africa, the Middle East and the USA through the talented guitarist John Etheridge and vocalist Vimala Rowe. Rimala brings a soulful, jazz voice that won her The Indy Music Award for best soul/jazz/funk act. Last month, she and Etheridge released a new album ‘Out of the Sky’.

Indie Noir Presents

The Basement

Friday 1 July, 8pm

Indie Noir, created by underground legend of the Brighton scene, Mishkin Fitzgerald and joined by band Vesper Walk and duo Flora Greysteel, aims to blend art, fashion and film with music. Mishkin is known for being in punk-rock-orchestral band Birdeatsbaby whilst Vesper Walk are a theatrical band with a fairy tale style and musical duo Flora Greysteel have a theatrical, punk cabaret sound each producing interesting and unique music.
