THePETEBOX, Penkyx, Vox Cornelious and Loop Cycle

Fibbers

Tuesday 12 July, 7.30pm

He might not be as well known as Jake Bugg, but THePETEBOX is a Nottingham-boy-come-international-star in his own right, having collaborated with the likes of Bjork. Singer, beat-boxer and multi-instrumentalist, there’s not much this guy can’t do musically. Support on the night comes from Belgian beat-boxer Penkyx, York’s own Vox Cornelius and Lincolnshire’s Loop Cycle.

Augustines

Wednesday 13 July, 7.30pm

American Indie band Augustines are heading to York next week to play promoting their latest album, This Is Your Life. The band usually sell out their gigs (which are known to be action packed and full of emotion), so if you haven’t seen them yet, this might be a good chance to do so!
