Frank Carter and the Rattlesnakes

Hardcore punk rockers Frank Carter and the Rattlesnakes are touring the UK, with a date in Leeds next week. The band is known for their exhilarating and intense performances, so you’re in for a treat. They’re also being supported by Dead, so it’s certainly set to be a blinding night!

It’s film festival season once again, a least for York. Now in its sixth year, the Aesthetica Short Film Festival brings BAFTA to our fair city with a host of creative and insightful short films coming to City Screen, York St John University, Thirteen Thirty One and a whole host of other venues in York.

Smoove and Turrell, Kymberley Kennedy, Vox Cornelious

Fibbers, York

Wednesday 9th November, 7:30pm

Smoove and Turrell isn’t your usual soul band, originally from the North East they prefer to describe their sound as ‘Northern Funk’. They will be joined by alternative RnB band Kymberley Kennedy and York’s own solo vocal, live looper Vox Cornelious.
