Never Really Cared is a deeply ironic song creating depressive yet also uplifting emotions.

London band, Banfi, created a self-reflection of society’s narcissism and self-deprecation with their song Never Really Cared that somehow still manages to be upbeat and greatly humorous. The band’s sense of humour is displayed perfectly with the song, with it’s dark lyrics, and accompanying video. The catchy beat and guitar riff hooks you instantly before the introduction of the very calm yet enticing vocals. Banfi are definitely ones to watch within the indie rock scene for their clever choices of lyrics and music.
