Fans of the hard rock genre might recognise Valora’s voice. In the past, she has guested on a Breaking Benjamin song, and her music isn’t so different to that band’s, so if you’re a fan of them, then you probably know what to expect from Valora’s music.

Crashed does get a little hard rock by numbers at times, but Valora has enough personality to her voice to keep things running smoothly, with a hint of Gwen Stefani’s vocals coming through at times. It makes a change to hear a female vocalist singing in this genre, especially as she’s marketing herself as a solo artist instead of a band, and this is something we would like to hear more of in the future.
