Bound to Joy has a really eerie feel to it. It’s a great track and is perfect for driving alone at night to, but all the same there’s something rather creepy about the minimalist instrumentation that perpetuates the track, adding a great overall atmosphere to it.

We’re somewhat reminded of some of the instrumental pieces that alternative rock band Brand New put into their album Daisy, with the guitar riffs in the track rising up to create an unnerving crescendo. Whilst that all sounds a little weird, Bound to Joy really is a great track, and it’s well worth checking out – we just don’t recommend walking through the woods at night on your own whilst listening to it!
