Pretending to see Stars is the first every single to be released by singer-songwriter Emina Sonnad, and we’re actually shocked by this, as it’s extremely good in every sense of the word.

The track is subtle and simplistic at times, but we get the feeling there are quite a few different layers in there that will only become apparent upon further listens. It’s slowed down but passionate, with a darkness present within the song. It’s absolutely beautiful and we would love to hear more from Emina (if she’s reading this, please send us some songs!)
