Face of Pain is a newly released song by singer-songwriter Michael Charles Smith, with the pain theme of the track being addiction, and the artist’s battle with it.

It’s something that a lot of musicians have been through and written about, but Smith really seems to add something new to the discussion here. His low vocals show passion tinged with pain, but that’s nothing compared to the music, which features a fantastic guitar riff mixed with a tinkling piano melody. Combined, it all adds up together to create something utterly beautiful.
