This Townplay good old fashioned rock ‘n’ roll, reminding us very much of a lot of the stuff that came out in the 70s. We’re reminded particularly of the work of Tom Petty, with the vocals having a similar sound to his. That’s not to say that they’re an unoriginal band though, as whilst their influences are fairly obvious, they also have enough spirit to stand on their own.

If you’re into proper rock ‘n’ roll, then these guys should appeal to you!
