New York rock renegade Paul Maged recently released a new track called The Resistance, with the song harking back to the rock days of the 70s and 80s.

It does sound a little dated at times but fans of this genre should enjoy the track, and whilst the lyrics are a little cheesy at times, what else do you really expect from this? Maged crossed the border between both rock and metal at times, and it is the verses that really shine here, with the simple riff being quite addictive. Check it out below and see what you think:
