Wax Owls are an American indie folk band, with Light Up The Way being their latest track to be released.

Light Up The Way is a fantastic track, showing the band delicately balancing folk, rock and indie music together to make something that sounds utterly wonderful. The chorus is incredibly anthemic, and whilst the track is quite catchy, it never seems too mainstream to us. The band actually wrote the song during quarantine, with each member writing their parts separately, which makes it sound all the more impressive. There’s something very hopeful about Light Up The Way, providing something positive to listen to in such troubling times. Check out Wax Owls below and see what you think!
