Life For Two is a beautiful folk song – it has a really haunting feel to it and you can really hear the emotion in Brandon’s voice. The main instrumentation for the piece comes from a pretty acoustic guitar melody – it’s quite a simple song, but this simplicity only makes the track sound more beautiful. Lyrically, the track was written as a request by a dying fan for her two children, and the emotional pull of the song is simply heartbreaking to listen to.
