Shade Ray are an all female trio of dream rockers from London in the UK – Witches is their latest release.

Lyrically, the song is about the treatment of women and ‘witches’ in the past, giving the track quite an interesting feel. The main instrumentation comes from the guitar melodies, which add quite a dreamy feel to the song. I liked the vocal harmonies a lot and the main hook on the chorus is really catchy – the chord progression sounds fantastic. Check the video for Witches out below and see what you think!
