Happy For You is a quiet indie-folk song with a subtle feel to it – the main melody has a haunting sound to it, with the song sounding very beautiful to me. Alexa’s vocals are quite understated at times but this suits the style of the song more, and I really enjoyed the main acoustic guitar melody.
