You recently released a track titled Boom (Doo Wop Version), which we reviewed. What can you tell us about the song? What does the title refer to?

The song is actually a secular version of another one of my songs titled Boom (Remastered). But this version is basically about finding love in its purest form. The title Boom is actually in place of inappropriate adult words about intimacy (use your imagination).

Has the pandemic hindered your work much?

As far as live performances go, absolutely. But I was able to create a lot of music during this time period (which was definitely a plus).

What is the writing and recording process like for you?

It usually stems from a dream I had the night before (especially when it comes to my new faith-based music). I owe the writing all to God himself.

Do you plan to release any more singles in the near future?

Yes, on August 8th (my birthday) I’m releasing 2 singles of 2 different genres. One is a gospel/neo-soul single titled God Is On My Mind, and the other is a Christian rock single titled Parted Waves.

Have you started writing for an EP or an album?

I have actually. However, I won’t be announcing an actual release date until probably next year.

What/who influences you most as an artist? What have you been listening to recently?

As a Christian artist, God influences me most, for he is the guiding force for my entire career.

Recently I’ve been listening to honestly a lot of early 2000s pop-rock (like Ashlee Simpson, My Chemical Romance, Fall Out Boy, etc). I miss that era.

Where are you based? What is the music scene like in your part of the world?

I’m based in my hometown of Central Islip, New York. There are definitely a lot of churches here that you can sing at. As far as official music venues , we are lacking those, but I hope to bring some entertainment events here in the future.

Do you have any tour dates lined up?

No, not yet. But stay posted on my social media accounts for upcoming festival performance postings.

What can people expect from one of your shows and why should people come and see you perform live?

They can definitely expect a very exciting and powerful performance. I’m into giving people their moneys worth when they come see me live.

Any last words for the fans?

Yes. to believe in yourself or no one else will.
