You recently released a song titled Have You Ever Really Lived, which we reviewed. What can you tell us about this song and where can it be purchased?

When I heard the vocals for the first time, right away I felt that I had to do something with it. I would say it’s a reminder for everyone to try to make the most out of life and pursue their dreams. I think life itself is such an amazing gift, but it’s easy to get stuck in work and old habits that don’t lead toward your dreams. Hopefully this track will encourage people to take action, to do things they normally wouldn’t do in order to reach their dreams. You can stream this track on Spotify, Apple Music etc.

Has the pandemic hindered your work much?

No, it hasn’t affected me. I’ve just recently started to release more music.

Are there any plans to release an album or EP anytime soon?

I can say it like this, I have been thinking about what kind of EP I would release and it’s important for it to have some kind of red thread. I am making all different kinds of music and it would be cool to dedicate an EP to a certain genre of music, like tropical house for example.

You released a new single called Sea Of Stars recently. What can you tell us about the song and how has the reception been so far?

I really love Sea Of Stars. That’s a track I made for a big stage. I wanted it to have a live feeling to it. I put a lot of work into making that melody. I had to do a lot of recordings for it. I am very happy with the results and I have gotten very good feedback for it.

Do you plan to release any more singles in the near future?

Yes, I am always working on something. I have a few songs that I would like to release. I always like a challenge and would like to make my music spectrum wider. I have some really cool tracks I’ve been working on that sound a little bit different but have the EDM vibe to it.

Your music is clearly influenced by the EDM movement. What/who influences you most as an artist? What have you been listening to recently?

Avicii and I started making music the same year. I saw him on Swedish television in 2011 where he talked about his track levels and also shared what year he started making music. At that point, not many people were using FL Studio to make music. I wasn’t sure anyone else was spending so much time, like me, making music like this. It was such a relief to hear that someone else had been sitting in this DAW (digital audio workstation) for some time. He has been like the brother I never had an opportunity to meet and also a very big influence to me. Also, Swedish House, Galantis, Martin Garrix, The Chainsmokers and David Guetta have always been in my scope.

Do you have any tour dates lined up soon?

I don’t have any tours coming up but I am working on a secret project right now. It’s still in the experimental phase so I can’t talk too much about it, but it’s really cool.

If so, what can people expect from one of your shows and why should people come and see you perform live?

I’ve never performed music live before but when I do people can expect some kind of journey. I want the audience to feel something when they leave the show. I don’t want the music I would play in a show to feel like something they could hear on Spotify directly. It needs to be something special.

Any last words for the fans?

I want to say thank you to everyone that is listening to my music and for contacting me on social media. It means so much to hear such nice things being said about my music. I am going to create and release more music for you. Thank you so much for this interview also. It’s been a lot of fun answering your questions.
